Regular Test Case Writer

Project Description:

We are seeking a Senior Test Case Writer with strong experience in the automotive domain—specifically Infotainment (IVI) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). This role involves defining high-quality test cases, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, and providing technical leadership to ensure test coverage and traceability to requirements.

Responsibilities:

• - Analyze complex IVI and ADAS system requirements and convert them into clear, comprehensive, and reusable test cases.
• - Lead test design activities, ensuring alignment with industry standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE).
• - Review and validate test cases authored by peers, providing constructive technical feedback.
• - Collaborate closely with developers, system engineers, and validation teams to ensure requirements clarity and testability.
• - Identify gaps in requirements, architecture, and design documentation and drive resolution.
• - Ensure full traceability of test cases using tools such as Jira, Polarion, or Doors.
• - Support automation teams by providing well-structured test case logic and acceptance criteria.
• - Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing activities.
• - Work with global teams and participate in technical discussions with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• - 1-3 years of experience in software testing or test case writing.
• - Basic understanding of automotive systems (IVI, ADAS, connectivity, vehicle diagnostics).
• - Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Polarion).
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to write clear instructions.
• - Good communication and teamwork skills.
• - Willingness to learn and grow in the automotive validation field.
