Regulatory Affairs Executive

The Regulatory & Artwork Coordinator will manage the creation, revision, approval, and tracking of packaging artwork while coordinating with internal teams and vendors. The role also involves supporting purchase and regulatory teams, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Artwork Generation: Coordinate with artists to create new artwork and maintain proper records.
• Artwork Revision: Revise existing artworks and communicate updates to Purchase, Plant, Production, and Logistics teams.
• Approval Management: Check and obtain approvals from buyers and vendors, and track the progress of artwork approvals.
• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with buyers and vendors to ensure timely approvals.
