Overview What’s The Role — The Regulatory Affairs Manager’s primary responsibilities are to support Shell Energy Brasil - SEB’s power and gas trading and origination businesses growth through external advocacy for competitive markets, communicating regulation changes, impacts to commercial teams, offering insights and advice to facilitate commercial transactions within existing regulations and supporting commercial compliance obligations. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate SEB’s regulatory initiatives in power markets, providing support, information and advice that are aligned with commercial priorities among trading and origination. Monitor state and federal developments on legislation and regulation related to power that may affect SEB’s business opportunity space, offering adequate advice. Complement SEB’s commercial strategies, advocating positions in proceedings at the relevant government agencies, i.e., MME, ANEEL, EPE, ONS, CCEE. Serve as the Regulatory Affairs technical and c...
