Regulatory Affairs Manager

ADM Health & Wellness is looking for an experienced and collaborative leader to head EMEA Regulatory & Scientific Affairs for our growing food supplements portfolio. This is a high-impact role offering visibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape products that support health and wellbeing across Europe.

The Role

You will lead EMEA regulatory strategy for food supplements, ensuring compliance while enabling innovation and sustainable growth. Working closely with commercial, R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams, you'll help bring scientifically robust, compliant products to market. You'll also play a key role in developing people, building capability, and fostering a supportive, high-performing team environment.
