As an ASIC 3 Regulatory Assessment Analyst, you will be part of a multi‑disciplinary national team responsible for efficiently assessing reports of misconduct, breach reports, statutory reports, and related matters.

The Team

The Regulatory Insights & Assessment (RI&A) team assesses and escalates reports of alleged misconduct and breach notifications received by ASIC from the public, regulated entities and liquidators. The team also assesses applications under the Assetless Administration Fund, undertakes action to disrupt investment scam websites and issues compliance correspondence to regulated entities.
