**Responsibilities**
+ BAs who can understand the regulations impacting the banks, and translate those to People, Process, and Technology requirements.
+ Excellent knowledge of Banking Business Processes and expertise in Letters, Internal and External Comms, and Stakeholder Engagement
+ Experience in Business Readiness and Change Management.
+ Should be able to perform Customer Impact Assessment, Business Impact Assessment
