Role & Responsibilities:
Function independently as a decision-maker on labeling regulatory issues and ensure that deadlines are met.Review and approve all new and revised artwork for technical and grammatical accuracy to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.Communicate with customers and the internal partners to ensure all label changes are accurately incorporated in final artwork.Review acceptability and regulatory status of new and revised product development formulas to ensure market compliance.Develop accurate nutrition facts panels and ingredient statements using PLM software.Stay abreast of local and international regulations by understanding the existing and emerging regulations related to formulations and packaging.Communicate non-compliances to the leadership team and suggest corrective actions.Provide the company with export regulatory direct...
