Role Summary

We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst with hands-on experience in AxiomSL ControllerView to manage regulatory reporting processes for banking and financial services. The role involves interpreting regulatory requirements, and ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory requirements (Basel III, CRR, COREP, FINREP, Liquidity, Capital Adequacy) and translate them into functional specifications.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation for regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Conduct impact analysis for regulatory changes and implement necessary updates in AxiomSL.
• Monitor and reconcile data flows between source systems and AxiomSL platform.
• Prepare documentation for processes, controls, and audit requirements.
• Support UAT, SIT, and production deployment of regulatory reports.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with AxiomSL Controller View platform (data modeling, workflows).
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: Basel III, CRR, COREP, FINREP, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), NSFR, Capital Adequacy.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for large datasets.
• Understanding of banking products (loans, deposits, derivatives) and their regulatory treatment.
• Familiarity with data governance, risk management, and compliance processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
