Rehabilitation Counselor 2

Duties Description This position is a supervisory position which provides day program services to the individuals we serve. Responsibilities include supervising a full range of rehabilitation/habilitation services to 48 people served. Such services include psychosocial, competency training, residential rehabilitation program services and vocational services including evaluation, training, counseling, placement and support, and special employment programs. The selected candidate will oversee day habilitation program staff, both Habilitation Specialists and DSA's, and will be responsible for scheduling and evaluations for employees. The candidate will also be responsible for the overall operations of the program location and implementation of policy and procedure.
