We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We’re seeking a Manager - Transactional Services (Individual Contributor). This role offers a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of reinsurance broking, along with opportunities to enhance both knowledge and leadership skills. You will play a key role in leading change management initiatives as teams transition to new systems and processes. In the first 30 days, you are expected to gain in-depth knowledge of your service area and role requirements;
by 60 days, achieve process and system competency;
