REINSURANCE SERVICES ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reinsurance claims activities, including generation of claims closings
• Receive and acknowledge claims requests within 24 hours, update status in internal systems
• Coordinate with reinsurers and internal teams to complete claims requirements
• Monitor claims throughout the lifecycle to ensure timely processing and compliance with quality and regulatory guidelines
• Adhere to defined claims KPIs, including bi-monthly and monthly follow-ups with clients and sources
• Ensure quality checks are completed prior to issuing debit notes, prioritizing interim payments and cash calls
• Support internal coordination for resolution of claims, accounting, and client issues
