Job Description

As a Customer Relation Admin at Ohmyhome, you will lead the qualification and conversion of inbound leads into high-value sales appointments, proactively nurture client relationships, and drive cross-selling of integrated property services. You will serve as the vital link between potential clients and Super Agents, delivering impactful customer experiences that foster trust and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads from multiple channels to convert enquiries into confirmed sales appointments
  • Apply solution selling techniques to cross-sell and up-sell services including Homer AI, mortgage referrals, and legal conveyancing, enhancing customer value
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM to ensure seamless coordination between the relations team and field agents
