Relationship Assistant (Urdaneta)

Pay: ₱18,000.00 - ₱22,000.00 per month

LOCATION: Urdaneta, Pangasinan

JOB OBJECTIVE: The primary objective of the Recruitment Assistant is to aggressively expand and maintain the company's partners’ network. This role is critical for achieving ground-level market saturation through strategic recruitment, with a secondary focus on supporting the activation and development of sales partners to ensure their success and productivity.

RECRUITMENT & NETWORK EXPANSION

• Proactively identify, source, and recruit potential agents and sales partners within the target territory.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and support onboarding process.
• Develop and implement localized recruitment strategies to achieve rapid and thorough ground saturation.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
