The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with ADP Marketplace partners. This involves working closely with various internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth. As a Strategic Partnerships Specialist, you will play a key role in the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring their successful integration into the ADP ecosystem.
The responsibilities of this position include:
* Partner onboarding project management
* Global coordination with all ADP Marketplace internal stakeholders
* Creating and updating strategic plans regarding partners within assigned areas of responsibility
* Promoting and training partners on applicable ADP products
* Identifying, coordinating, and tracking leads through partner channels along with field sales teams to identify suitable solutions
