Relationship Development Manager (Plano/Frisco)

The Collin County Relationship Development Manager is tasked with generating new member growth, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering robust relationships within our grocery store partner locations and the broader Plano, Frisco, and North Frisco communities. This position integrates outreach, sales, and member engagement to support the successful launch and ongoing operation of our in-store credit union branches.

• Design and implement effective in-store outreach strategies aimed at increasing foot traffic and acquiring new memberships. Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with grocery store leadership and staff to enhance branch visibility and foster collaboration. Initiate and develop relationships with local businesses, community groups, and organizations to broaden the credit union's reach.
