We are looking for enthusiastic and well-spoken candidates to join our team. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable matchmaking support.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Communicate with clients over calls, emails, and in person
2. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate matchmaking assistance
3. Maintain and update client data in the system
4. Coordinate between clients to ensure smooth communication
5. Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions
6. Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Good working knowledge of Excel ,Ms word
- Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a team and handle clients professionally
