Happy Haven OSHC is a South Australian‑owned and operated company managing 44 OSHC services across the state. We are an approved provider with an expert team capable of running outstanding OSHC programmes on school sites.

About the role

The Relationship Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall management and success of 12‑15 services under their direction. The goal of the Relationship Manager is to collaborate with Service Leaders and school principals and foster a cohesive team environment where families and service contacts feel supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Manager to deliver Strategic Plans on time and on budget.
  • Transparent reporting on relevant actions identified in the Strategic Plan.
