Role Overview:

We are hiring a Relationship Manager for the Affordable Home Loan segment. The role involves field sourcing, customer acquisition, and loan processing, catering to affordable housing customers in the assigned catchment.

Key Responsibilities:



Source Affordable Home Loan business through open market, DSA, and referral channels


Identify and acquire new home loan customers within the assigned locality


Explain loan products, eligibility norms, and documentation requirements


Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for timely disbursements


Achieve assigned login, sanction, and disbursement targets


Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines


Build strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners



Eligibility Criteria:



2–5 years of experience in Home Loans / Affordable Housing Finance


Understanding of affordable housing customer profiles


Strong local market knowledge of Ahmedabad (Chandkheda & nearby areas)


Experience in open market / DSA sourcing


Good communication and customer relationship skills
