Role Overview:

We are hiring Relationship Managers for the Affordable Home Loan segment. The role involves field sourcing, customer acquisition, and loan processing , catering to affordable housing customers in the assigned catchment area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source Affordable Home Loan business through open market, DSA, and referral channels

• Identify and acquire new home loan customers in the assigned locality

• Educate customers on loan eligibility, documentation, and process

• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for timely disbursements

• Achieve assigned login, sanction, and disbursement targets

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines

• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2–5 years of experience in Home Loans / Affordable Housing Finance

• Understanding of affordable housing customer profiles

• Strong local market knowledge of Ahmedabad (Odhav & nearby areas)

• Experience in open market / DSA sourcing

• Good communication and customer-handling skills
