Role Overview:

We are hiring a Relationship Manager for the Affordable Home Loan segment. The role focuses on customer acquisition, market sourcing, and loan processing within the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source Affordable Home Loan business through open market, DSA, and referral channels

  • Identify and acquire new home loan customers in the assigned area

  • Guide customers on loan eligibility, documentation, and process flow

  • Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth disbursements

  • Achieve assigned login, sanction, and disbursement targets

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines

  • Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Home Loans / Affordable Housing Finance

  • Good understanding of affordable housing customer segments

  • Strong local market knowledge of Gandhinagar and nearby areas

  • Experience in open market / DSA sourcing

  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
