Role Overview:

We are hiring a Relationship Manager for the Affordable Home Loan segment. The role focuses on customer acquisition, market sourcing, and loan processing within the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities:



Source Affordable Home Loan business through open market, DSA, and referral channels


Identify and acquire new home loan customers in the assigned area


Guide customers on loan eligibility, documentation, and process flow


Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth disbursements


Achieve assigned login, sanction, and disbursement targets


Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines


Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners



Eligibility Criteria:



2–5 years of experience in Home Loans / Affordable Housing Finance


Good understanding of affordable housing customer segments


Strong local market knowledge of Gandhinagar and nearby areas


Experience in open market / DSA sourcing


Strong communication and customer engagement skills
