Role Overview:

We are hiring a Relationship Manager for the Affordable Home Loan segment. The role focuses on customer acquisition, channel sourcing, and loan processing within the assigned geography, catering to affordable housing customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Source Affordable Home Loan business through open market, DSA, and referral channels


Identify and acquire new home loan customers in the assigned area


Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process


Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for timely disbursements


Achieve assigned login, sanction, and disbursement targets


Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines


Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners



Eligibility Criteria:



2–5 years of experience in Home Loans / Affordable Housing Finance


Strong understanding of affordable housing products and customer profiles


Local market knowledge of Rajkot and surrounding areas


Experience in DSA / open market sourcing


Good communication and customer-handling skills
