What’s the role?

We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Professional Services team in Perth / Boorloo, Noongar Country. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll manage an active Professional Services portfolio and work closely with industry leaders. You’ll be the go-to person for your customers, helping them grow and thrive by creating innovative solutions and building strong relationships. You’ll also have the chance to expand your portfolio through networking and acquiring new customers.

What do I need?

• Strong commercial lending background and experience in complex deal structuring
• Excellent credit skills, including cashflow lending and balance sheet analysis
• A well-established network of referral sources
• Proven track record in business development and acquisition of new-to-bank customers
• Energy, motivation, and a collaborative mindset
