Job Description
- Leads will be generated from the assigned bank (different channels available across Life Insurance and Health Insurance companies).
- Cross-sell various financial products to bank customers.
- Drive customer business development and manage customer relationships.
- Employment will be under the payrolls of the insurance company.
- Schedule appointments, assess customers' financial needs (life-related investments & insurance needs), recommend suitable products, gain agreement to purchase, and complete sales documentation accurately.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Life / Health / General Insurance.
- Acquire customers using the bank's database, walk-ins, and generated prospects.
- Ensure sales completion by coordinating medical reports and ensuring timely policy issuance.
- Explore opportunities to develop new markets/segments in line with company's sales strategy.
