ROLE SUMMARY (PURPOSE)

The primary responsibility of Relationship Manager in the Wealth Channel at Muthoot FinCorp is to cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, or businesses seeking wealth management and financial advisory services


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Identify opportunities to expand the client base through referrals, networking, and prospecting to meet revenue targets.
  • Achieve financial goals of the clients through various product lines like LI, MF, FI, GI and other liabilities products.
  • Update and cross – sell products and services to existing clients and update them about the primary and secondary market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients by understanding their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.
  • Educate clients about market trends, investment options, and financial planning strategies to empower them to make informed decisions
  • Manage clients' investment portfolios by selecting appropriate asset classes, investment vehicles, and strategies to achieve their financial objectives.
  • Stay updated on financial products and services, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, alternative investments, and insurance products, to provide informed recommendations.


Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 4 to 7 years’ experience in Stock Broking /NBFC /BFSI /AMC Industries in wealth management .
