Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Relationship Manager/CSM to acquire new CASA customers through open market sourcing and manage an assigned portfolio to ensure service quality and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers for CASA accounts through direct field sourcing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure portfolio growth and retention.

  • Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and local activation activities.

  • Generate high-quality leads and convert them into active CASA accounts.

  • Maintain service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Cross-sell suitable banking products to deepen relationships.
