Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Relationship Manager/CSM to acquire new CASA customers through open market sourcing and manage an assigned portfolio to ensure service quality and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers for CASA accounts through direct field sourcing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure portfolio growth and retention.

Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and local activation activities.

Generate high-quality leads and convert them into active CASA accounts.

Maintain service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Cross-sell suitable banking products to deepen relationships.
