Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking (RT)

Job Overview

This role focuses on building and managing relationships with top-tier Singapore corporates, including GLCs, TLCs, and leading companies in sectors such as Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT), Power/Utilities, and Healthcare. The successful candidate will drive business growth through multi-product and cross-border solutions, while ensuring strong risk management and compliance. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven banker with proven expertise in corporate relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong banking relationships with top-tier corporates, including GLCs, TLCs, and other large Singapore companies.
• Focus on key sectors such as Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT), Power/Utilities, and Healthcare to drive growth opportunities.
• Originate, execute, and monitor corporate banking transactions across credit, treasury, and transaction services.
• Deliver multi-product and cross-border solutions in collaboration with internal teams (Product, Treasury, Risk, Legal) and overseas branches.
• Increase wallet share by driving client acquisition, asset growth, and multi-product income.
• Ensure robust risk management and compliance practices covering credit, AML/fraud, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain full adherence to audit requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of frontline corporate banking experience, with a proven track record of originating and managing large corporate relationships in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of multi-product offerings, including credit, treasury, and transaction services.
• Experience as a Global Account Manager or handling cross-border corporate banking deals is preferred.
• Deep understanding of corporate banking needs in TMT, Power/Utilities, and Healthcare sectors.
• Strong risk management and compliance awareness.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to liaise with headquarters and international stakeholders.
