Job Description – Banca Channel

Package: 3.50LPA + Incentives

Age - 34yrs

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branches and bank staff.
2. Drive life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
3. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through banca channel.
4. Conduct joint sales calls with bank staff to convert leads into policies.
5. Train and motivate bank staff on life insurance products, features, and benefits.
6. Ensure smooth policy issuance, documentation, and customer onboarding.
7. Provide post-sales service and resolve customer queries in coordination with operations team.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and bank processes.
9. Participate in sales meetings, branch activities, and promotional campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation in any discipline.

Experience:

1. 1–5 years in Bancassurance / Life Insurance preferred
2. Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
