Job Title: Relationship Manager – DSA (Mortgage)
Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
Product: Mortgage (Home Loans / LAP)
Channel: DSA (Direct Selling Agents)
Role Summary
The Relationship Manager – DSA will be responsible for sourcing mortgage business through DSA channels, managing and expanding DSA relationships, and achieving disbursement and revenue targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
Source Home Loan / LAP business through the DSA channel
Build, manage, and expand relationships with existing DSAs
Onboard new DSAs and drive their productivity
Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth case processing
Ensure complete documentation and adherence to credit & compliance policies
Monitor sales pipeline and follow up for sanctions and disbursements
Maintain portfolio quality and support early delinquency control
Share regular MIS and business updates with reporting manager
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan sales
Mandatory DSA channel experience
Strong local market knowledge of Karol Bagh / Delhi NCR
Good communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of Home Loan & LAP products
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Strong networking skills with DSAs and connectors
