Role Summary

The Relationship Manager – Educational Institution Finance will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and allied educational institutions within the assigned locations. The role focuses on business development, portfolio management, and maintaining asset quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and acquire Educational Institution Finance business through direct and referral channels

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, trustees, and management committees

  • Manage endtoend loan processing including sourcing, documentation, and coordination with credit & operations teams

  • Ensure achievement of disbursement, revenue, and portfolio growth targets

  • Monitor portfolio performance and maintain asset quality

  • Identify crosssell opportunities for other banking/financial products

  • Conduct regular client visits and ensure timely followups

  • Adhere to credit, compliance, and internal policy guidelines

  • Track market trends and competitor activity in assigned geographies

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • Minimum 3–5 years  of experience in Educational Institution Finance / SME / Institutional Banking

  • Strong knowledge of loan products, documentation, and credit basics

  • Experience in handling institutional clients preferred
