Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager - Field Sales to drive initiatives for generating and engaging with business partners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a proven track record in executing strategic business plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand the business portfolio.
- Develop and nurture new relationships to support business growth and expansion objectives.
- Explore new avenues to develop prospects and identify potential leads.
- Conduct client meetings across various locations to establish and maintain business relationships.
- Collaborate with management to finalize and close deals with prospective clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4–5 years of industry-related business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in executing development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented approach to business development.
- Understanding of finance and related terminology.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of a regional language is a plus).
- Having a personal vehicle (preferably a two-wheeler) is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across locations within the Delhi/Pune region.
