Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager - Field Sales to drive initiatives for generating and engaging with business partners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a proven track record in executing strategic business plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand the business portfolio.
  • Develop and nurture new relationships to support business growth and expansion objectives.
  • Explore new avenues to develop prospects and identify potential leads.
  • Conduct client meetings across various locations to establish and maintain business relationships.
  • Collaborate with management to finalize and close deals with prospective clients.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4–5 years of industry-related business development experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in executing development strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented approach to business development.
  • Understanding of finance and related terminology.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of a regional language is a plus).
  • Having a personal vehicle (preferably a two-wheeler) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across locations within the Delhi/Pune region.
