Reporting To: CEO – Wealth & Capital Markets
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the overall PCG strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Build and scale the PCG business with a clear focus on sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments and product strategies.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with HNI / UHNI clients, promoters, business families and family offices.
- Personally manage key marquee relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Drive client acquisition through referrals, networking, alliances and market presence.
Revenue & Business Growth
- Own AUM, revenue, and profitability targets for the PCG vertical.
- Ensure high wallet share and client engagement.
Team Building & People Leadership
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team of relationship managers, dealers and support staff.
- Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews and ensure capability building.
- Create a strong performance culture with high ethical standards.
Product & Advisory Excellence
- Work closely with research, product and investment teams to deliver high-quality advisory solutions.
- Ensure suitability, compliance and best-in-class client experience.
- Provide market insights and guidance to clients during different market cycles.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all activities are in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and compliance standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency and client trust.

- AUM growth (new + existing clients)
- Revenue & profitability of PCG vertical
- Client acquisition and retention metrics

- Client satisfaction and relationship depth
Desired Profile
Education
• MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent from a reputed institute.
Experience
- 12–18+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Broking / PCG with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing HNI/UHNI relationships and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, products and investment advisory.
