Experience: Minimum 6 months in the Insurance sector (Motor/Health Insurance preferred)

Channel: Agency Channel — work with POSP agents

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents for Motor & Health Insurance
• Build strong relationships with agents & drive business through them
• Provide training & support to agents to achieve sales targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction & policy renewals
