Job Role
- Engaging with distributors (IFA / Banks / ND’s) to garner sales.
- Manage direct selling to cater to the HNI customers in the area.
- Leverage on market opportunities and develop new client relationships and accounts
- Identify & empanel new IFA in the area.
- Plan, develop and implement business strategies for overall growth of the area allocated & the distributors & bank RM’s in that area, with the objective of improving sales and enabling business expansion
- Enlarge the scope of existing Distributor relationships and penetrate deeper into the Non-Active Distributors
- Handle branch IR & DS activities with the help of office staff / trainee
- Relationship management and brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill
Job Requirements
- 3 years of relevant selling experience.
- Proven track record of client value creation
