Relationship Manager (Code: IN150)

VisaPro Relationship Manager will:

  • Prospecting, identifying, & generating new business and generating additional business from existing customer.
  • Create and implement strategies to seek out potential partners to promote our services.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationship and ensure proper end to end client servicing.
  • Make a plan of action, Pre-call preparation and maintaining accurate sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify target market and gathering data on the same.
  • Responding to requests for information in a timely manner.

    The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management.
  • Excellent English presentation, written and verbal communication skills Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
  • Familiarity with social networking sites Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office.
  • To be self-motivated, with a high energy level that will take initiative, make appropriate decision, follow through and accomplish multiple tasks with a sense of vision, commitment and urgency
