This position focuses on lead management, customer engagement, and delivering end-to-end insurance sales solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on company-generated leads and convert them into sales
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers
- Follow up with interested prospects and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–4 years experience in Insurance / BFSI / Tele-sales / Sales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products preferred
