This position focuses on lead management, customer engagement, and delivering end-to-end insurance sales solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work on company-generated leads and convert them into sales
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers
  • Follow up with interested prospects and close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals


Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–4 years experience in Insurance / BFSI / Tele-sales / Sales
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products preferred
