Job Description

We are looking for Relationship Manager – CASA to join our Branch Banking team .

Key Responsibility:


>Acquire New High-Value CASA Accounts

  • Source and acquire high-end Current & Savings Accounts through open market activities.
  • Achieve monthly CASA acquisition targets while ensuring KYC & AML compliance.

>Ensure Smooth Customer Onboarding

  • Facilitate a seamless transition from acquisition to branch banking.
  • Coordinate with branch teams to ensure all customer onboarding steps are completed smoothly.

>Drive Customer Activation & Engagement

  • Ensure customers start account usage and maintain required AQB within the first month/quarter.
  • Achieve 80% AQB adherence , 75% Internet Banking activation , and 50% DSB penetration .

>Lead Generation Activities

  • Conduct market visits, cold calls, events, and customer meets to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline for continuous CASA acquisition.

>Cross-Selling & Business Collaboration

  • Identify customer needs and route opportunities to respective teams.
  • Collaborate with Branch Manager & product teams (Trade, FX, CMS/DSB, etc.) to provide the right banking solutions .


Eligibility Criteria:


  • Minimum education required: Graduate ; candidates with MBA and IRDA qualification will be preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in New-to-Bank Current Account acquisition, preferably within the SME segment.
  • Strong understanding of local markets, commercial catchments, and business segments .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high grooming standards.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with basic knowledge of Business Banking, Trade, and FX .
