Client Retention: Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of issues, aiming for long-term client retention. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and converting prospects into clients. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with internal teams, such as sales, underwriting, and claims, to ensure smooth service delivery and address client needs. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Problem Solving: Effectively resolve client issues and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
