Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned existing merchants.
- Drive TPV growth through cross‑selling and upselling of additional payment solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve merchant issues to prevent churn.
- Conduct regular check‑ins, account reviews, and performance discussions.
- Support merchants on system enhancements, new features, and process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in sales or business development within payment gateways, fintech, or e‑commerce.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in merchant acquisition or payment services.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and passionate about driving digital payments adoption.
