Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned existing merchants.
  • Drive TPV growth through cross‑selling and upselling of additional payment solutions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve merchant issues to prevent churn.
  • Conduct regular check‑ins, account reviews, and performance discussions.
  • Support merchants on system enhancements, new features, and process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales or business development within payment gateways, fintech, or e‑commerce.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in merchant acquisition or payment services.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and passionate about driving digital payments adoption.
