Role & responsibilities

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition sourcing new SME clients
  • Relationship Management – maintaining and deepening client relationships
  • Credit Assessment – understanding financials, preparing CAMs, coordinating with credit teams
  • Product Knowledge – SME loans, working capital, term loans, trade finance, overdrafts
  • Portfolio Management – monitoring account performance, renewals, and early warning signals
  • Cross-selling – promoting other bank products like CASA, insurance, treasury solutions
  • Market & Industry Awareness – tracking sector trends and competitor offerings
  • Negotiation & Communication Skills – for structuring deals and handling client queries
