Relationship Manager

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Ground Transport team as a 12-month parental leave cover.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, Ground Transport, this role is responsible for engaging revenue stakeholders and commercial vendors to monitor and manage contract operating requirements plus develop mutually beneficial relationships.

Key deliverables associated with this role include coordination and administration of the full range of commercial activities, commercial contracts and system management, managing internal and external stakeholder and partners’ commercial queries and communication, as well as supporting the revenue and marketing team with consumer research and reporting.
