Role Summary
The Relationship Manager – Micro Mortgage will be responsible for sourcing and managing smallticket mortgage business in the assigned locations. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, and maintaining portfolio quality in affordable housing and micromortgage segments.
Key Responsibilities
Source Micro Mortgage business through direct sales, referrals, and local market activities
Build and maintain relationships with customers, local brokers, DSAs, and influencers
Handle endtoend loan processing from login to disbursement
Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets
