Job Summary

This role involves sourcing Home Loan and LAP customers through open-market channels. The RM is responsible for business acquisition, channel development, and ensuring high-quality portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities



Acquire new customers for HL/LAP through DSAs, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing.


Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across Indore market.


Manage end-to-end file processing with credit, operations, and legal teams.


Achieve assigned monthly acquisition and revenue targets.


Maintain compliance and ensure portfolio quality.


Handle customer queries and deliver service excellence.
