Job Summary

This role involves sourcing Home Loan and LAP customers through open-market channels. The RM is responsible for business acquisition, channel development, and ensuring high-quality portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for HL/LAP through DSAs, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across Indore market.

• Manage end-to-end file processing with credit, operations, and legal teams.

• Achieve assigned monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
