Role Description

This is a full-time Relationship Manager role located on-site in Versova, Mumbai at MoneyWorks Financial Services. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing investment needs, providing recommendations, working with AMCs and ensuring client satisfaction through personalized services. They will be reporting to the Business Development Manager and working alongside the CEO/Founder. The ideal candidate is a high-value individual who works with integrity, is eager to learn and is detail-oriented in delivering thoughtful, client-centric solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients. 
  • Build, manage, and deepen long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and proactive servicing.
  • Understand client financial goals, risk profiles, and investment needs to provide personalized and suitable recommendations.
  • Present and explain investment solutions across mutual funds, insurance, and related products in a clear and transparent manner.
  • Coordinate with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and requests.
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide timely reviews, updates, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure high standards of client satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with AMFI and internal processes.
  • Support business development initiatives through referrals and relationship expansion.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and collaborate with the CEO on client strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to continuously enhance client advisory quality.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of mutual funds and investment products.
  • Ability to understand and analyze client needs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Google Suite - Docs, Slides and Drive.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Work experience: 2+ years
  • NISM VA Certified
