Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in New Delhi. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in motor insurance products and a passion for customer relationship management. With an experience range of 3-6 years, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales targets and fostering strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently onboard POSP (Point of Salesperson) and manage channels to enhance business growth.
• Design and implement effective sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Maintain robust relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
• Leverage expertise in motor insurance products to provide detailed information and advice to clients.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and strategies for business expansion.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, report on sales activities, and manage customer data securely.
• Conduct training sessions for teams to boost motivation and enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of POSP onboarding processes and channel management strategies.
• Solid understanding of sales planning techniques and target setting.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management practices.
• Detailed knowledge of motor insurance products, regulations, and market conditions.

Secondary Skills:

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to train teams, motivate staff, and lead by example in achieving sales targets.
• Adept at conducting thorough market analysis for territory management purposes.
