Job Title: Relationship Manager - Sales

Location: Corporate Office - Naraina Vihar (Above Naraina Metro Station), New Delhi

Salary- 25k to 40k



Key Responsibilities:


  • Acquire and onboard new clients by understanding their tax and financial needs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and proactive financial advisory.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and tailor banking, tax, investment, and loan solutions.
  • Cross-sell and upsell banking and financial products like loans, credit cards, insurance, and investments.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently.
  • Manage client retention strategies to minimize attrition.
  • Provide prompt and effective customer service, resolving queries/issues.
  • Ensure full compliance with KYC and other regulatory policies.
  • Stay updated on financial products, tax laws, and market trends.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 to 4years of experience as a Relationship Manager in banking/financial services.
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and telephony tools.
  • Deep understanding of banking products, investments, insurance, and financial planning.

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM


Saturday: 9:30 AM to 4:00pm
