Job Description – Relationship Manager (NRI)


Location: Bhuj

CTC: Up to 9 LPA

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years


About the Role:


We are hiring an NRI Relationship Manager responsible for acquiring and managing NRI customers, driving CASA and wealth products, and ensuring high-quality relationship servicing.


Key Responsibilities:


• Acquire new NRI clients through direct sourcing and market references

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing NRI customers

• Generate business across CASA, FD, insurance, remittances, and investment products

• Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and RBI guidelines for NRI banking

• Conduct regular client meetings for portfolio review and cross-selling opportunities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure retention of key clients

• Track market competition and identify new sourcing avenues


Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Minimum 2+ years of experience in NRI banking / wealth / priority banking

• Strong understanding of NRI products, FEMA guidelines, and compliance norms

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
