Your Role

Join Paynamics Technologies Inc. as a Relationship Manager to lead merchant acquisition and manage client relationships in a hybrid work setup.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead merchant acquisition efforts to expand the portfolio and grow the business
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Support and execute sales strategies for acquisition and growth
  • Quickly resolve client issues and escalate when needed
  • Ensure accuracy in client data and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) for smooth client onboarding
  • Handle renewals and promote client loyalty
  • Identify business opportunities and address potential issues before they escalate
  • Uphold quality and compliance standards aligned with the Information Security Management System
