Your Role
Join Paynamics Technologies Inc. as a Relationship Manager to lead merchant acquisition and manage client relationships in a hybrid work setup.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead merchant acquisition efforts to expand the portfolio and grow the business
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Support and execute sales strategies for acquisition and growth
- Quickly resolve client issues and escalate when needed
- Ensure accuracy in client data and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) for smooth client onboarding
- Handle renewals and promote client loyalty
- Identify business opportunities and address potential issues before they escalate
- Uphold quality and compliance standards aligned with the Information Security Management System
